CSP's create recurring revenue by selling and supporting Clarify products through a private-lable license. CSP's retain proportionately higher gross margins for providing first-level customer support and billing services to their customers. Clarify provides second-level technical and partner support. CSP's generate recurring revenue by reselling custom-tailored, branded versions of the Clarify platform and by selling and supporting their existing customer base. CSP's may also develop their own sales channels and reseller networks. With the higher gross margins and management infrastructure this program offers, Service Providers have the opportunity to earn higher margins by managing the customer acquisition and support process entirely with Clarify providing all hardware, hosting, and 2nd level support. Only qualified, established technology vendors with a proven track record are considered for this program. Partners are considered based on their ability to penetrate varying markets and provide high-quality support and training to their sales teams, clients, and end-users. Clarify accepts a small number of Service Providers in specific industries and markets. CSP's are willing to commit the necessary financial resources to penetrate deeply into their market segment. |
